Gallery Sumukha, based in Bangalore since August 1996, with a corresponding gallery in Chennai, has evolved over the years. The gallery presents exhibitions of high standard, in addition to stocking quality art, both from established names as well as promising new-comers in the field. Sumukha has been a keen participant in International and Asian Art Fairs.
Sumukha’s aim is to promote all forms of contemporary art. In this context, the gallery presents experimental, installation and interactive art, and has also organized Printmaking and Sculpture workshops to involve the public interest in the various types of art mediums.
