The Schlueter Art Gallery is located in the Center for Arts and Performance at Wisconsin Lutheran College. The mission of the Schlueter Art Gallery is to encourage an appreciation and understanding of art and its role in society through direct interaction with original works of art. This is achieved through organization of exhibitions, lectures, workshops, related educational programs, and building and maintaining a permanent collection. Exhibits feature professional, faculty, student, alumni, and community artists. Artwork is aligned with the educational goals of the art program at Wisconsin Lutheran College: promoting aesthetic literacy, visual thinking, creative expression, and critical analysis within a Christian context.
